Terms & Conditions
General
- Payment: Payment must be made in advance via Cash or Cheque in favor of M/s Abhi Print. Payments are non-refundable.
- Proof Approval: We are not liable for any errors in the material after the proof has been approved by the customer.
- Late Payment: Interest at a rate of 24% per annum will be charged on any bills not paid by the due date.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
Cost Variation
- Quotation Validity: Quotations are valid for one month and are subject to revision and confirmation thereafter. Only written quotations will be accepted, and they are still subject to the review of the original material provided. Verbal quotations are for guidance only and may not be accurate.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
- VAT/CST Charges: The Printing Press reserves the right to charge VAT/CST, whether or not these charges were included in the initial quotation or invoice.
Preliminary Work
- Charges for Preliminary Work: Any preliminary work carried out at the customer’s request, whether experimental or otherwise, will be charged.
Proofs
- Corrections and Additional Proofs: Author’s corrections, including changes in style and any additional proofs required due to such corrections, will be charged extra.
- Approval and Responsibility: Proofs may be submitted for customer approval. We accept no responsibility for errors in proofs not corrected by the customer on a signed proof.
Ownership
- Retention of Title: Until full payment is made, the goods remain the property of The Printing Press. However, risk and liability for the goods pass to the buyer upon delivery.
Placement of Orders
- Acceptance of Terms: Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No other Terms and Conditions will apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Legal Costs
- Recovery of Costs: The Printing Press reserves the right to charge any legal and other costs incurred in recovering outstanding accounts through attorneys or debt collection agencies.
Dishonored Cheques
- Bank Charges: Bank charges incurred due to dishonoured cheques, along with an administration charge of Rs 500, will be passed on to the issuer.
